PAYMENT POLICY

Medical services are provided and the clients are billed by Cochrane Foot Care Wellness Centre. You are responsible to pay for your treatment after each visit. The majority of third party insurance providers cover nursing foot care, but please check with your provider if you are seeking to get reimbursement as each plan is different. Please note, the clinic does not deal with insurance companies.

 

If you are a member of the Department of Veteran's Affairs, please check with them as you may also have coverage which needs to be pre-approved prior to your first visit.

 

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

 

If you do not qualify for reimbursement by an insurance provider, you may submit your receipts on your income tax return as a medical expense.
